Shipping
All hülya beauty orders are shipped from France. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same business day; orders placed after this time are dispatched the following business day. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 business days
- European Union: 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 10 business days
These delivery times begin once the package is handed over to the carrier and do not include potential customs clearance delays.

- France: €8.99, free on orders over €49
- European Union: €14.90, free on orders over €99
- Rest of the world: €34.90

Customs outside the European Union
For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may be charged upon receipt. These amounts are set by the authorities in the destination country and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no way of anticipating these costs.
Returns
You have fourteen days after receipt to change your mind. For hygiene reasons specific to cosmetics, only products that are unopened and unsealed, in their original intact packaging, can be accepted for return. This limitation is provided for by Article L.221-28 3° of the Consumer Code.
Email saglamvpro@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds are issued within fourteen days of receiving the returned package, using the original payment method.
Damaged package or non-conforming product
If the package arrives damaged or if a product does not correspond to your order, please contact us within fourteen days of receipt, including photographs of the package and the product. In such cases, return and replacement costs are covered entirely by us, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.
