Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Identification of the seller
HULYA, operating under the brand name hülya beauty, a limited liability company (EURL) with a capital of €500, registered office at 15 avenue de Friedland, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 999 412 265, intra-community VAT FR78999412265, represented by Musa Saglam, manager. Contact: saglamvpro@gmail.com.
2. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of cosmetic products concluded on hulyacosmetique.com (hülya beauty) between HULYA and any consumer. They are accepted without reservation upon validation of the order.
3. Products
We distribute authentic Korean cosmetics, sourced from the brands and their official distributors. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not constitute a contractual commitment regarding the exact appearance of the packaging, which may change depending on the batch.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed before order validation. Outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply upon receipt: these remain the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Order
The sale is concluded upon validation of payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the address provided.
6. Payment
Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment provider.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped from France. Orders validated before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same business day. Indicative delivery times after shipment: 2 to 3 business days in metropolitan France, 3 to 5 days in the European Union, 5 to 10 days for the rest of the world. Delivery charges: France €8.99, free for orders over €49; European Union €14.90, free for orders over €99; rest of the world €34.90. In case of delay, the customer may terminate the contract under the conditions provided for in Article L.216-6 of the Consumer Code.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a justification.
Exception applicable to cosmetics: in accordance with Article L.221-28 3°, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed by the customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Products must therefore be returned unopened, in their intact original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will take place within fourteen days following the recovery of the products.
9. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
10. Liability
Product information is provided for guidance only and does not constitute medical advice. In the event of a skin reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. It is the customer's responsibility to check the list of ingredients in case of known allergies.
11. Disputes
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The customer may use the consumer mediator indicated in our legal notices free of charge.
