Two different things are at play here: dehydration lines, which disappear within days with good hydration, and established wrinkles, which need actives able to restart collagen production.

For the latter, retinal is the best compromise: faster than retinol, better tolerated than tretinoin. Peptides and PDRN work alongside it, without the risk of irritation.

Introduce retinal gradually: two evenings a week for the first month, then every other evening. And never without sunscreen the next day.
